Please ensure that your credit card billing address matches the address we have on file for you.

Any failure to complete required attestations will result in Advocis and/or The Institute contacting you to seek additional information, which may result in a determination that you are not eligible to renew your membership and/or designation(s). In such cases, the applicable fees will be reimbursed.
